This Vietnamese fast-food Cam Huong Cafe-Deli-Restaurant makes banh mi sandwiches to order.  They are big and a bargain.  The #4 barbecue pork is my favorite.  Others that sound interesting include #12 vegetarian, #13 tofu curry, and #14 fried salmon.  Many other items are pre-packed--fried rice, noodles, spring rolls--and there is also a selection of hot items.  A line often snakes out the door, but it moves quickly.  Papaya, durian, jackfruit, and avocado smoothies are popular drinks, and tapioca pearl drinks and Thai iced tea are also available from a refrigerator.  I consider this grab-and-go, but a few booths are available in back.
