This farmstead shop fronts a cheese-manufacturing company that operates in the back. Huge windows permit watching the aging of large Italian-style cheese rounds that are handcrafted from 100% Jersey cow milk. The aging room holds 2,500 wheels of Estero Gold Reserve. The cows can be seen throughout the area and have access to pasture 365 days a year. They are never treated with growth hormones or antibiotics, and the land is certified organic.

The cheese-centered menu offers sandwiches, pizza, and pastries, which can be packed up to go for a picnic or enjoyed in the back of the shop in an enclosed room or outside at tables. Don’t miss taking home some of their cheese or some of the unusual chewy cheese curds (several varieties are available).
