At New Dumpling, choose your dumpling filling from an assortment of 10. All dumplings are boiled, and they come a generous 14 to an order. One order of the green chive-with-shrimp-and-pork dumplings, plus an order of crispy green-onion pancakes--which are fried and can be oily, and come 2 to an order--satisfies most adults. Everything is made fresh. Among the limited sides are a few salads, including a spicy cucumber with wood-ear mushroom.
